Podington Cricket Club was founded in 1883 and has been promoting the enjoyment of cricket ever since. We have two teams in the Northants County League and an active youth section with U-11, U-13 and U-15 teams. Over the years the club has developed many players who have gone on to representative honours at county and England levels. Both First XI and Second XI’s have won Northants County League divisional titles and the youth teams have won county age group competitions in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

We welcome new players for next season of all abilities. The Club have two teams in the Northants Country League, a growing youth section and some Sunday friendly fixtures. Podington offers excellent facilities, a friendly village club atmoshpere and a good standard of competitive cricket.
Our winter nets begin on Friday 4th February 6-7.30 at Sharnbrook School with outside nets in April.
